Our Facilities

Triple Five Fitness is spread over two levels. Upstairs you will find our Group Fitness room which hosts over 40 classes per week, our newly fitted out spin room , a large cardio machine room with 6 TVs you can tune into whilst exercising and our very own in house Beauty Therapist in ‘The Derm Loft’.
Downstairs comprises of a functional training area to including ropes, slam balls and sleds.
Our ever- expanding weights room consist of the latest Hip Thrusting machines and Olympic- style barbells, and squat racks, as well as dumbbells and machines.
We also have a circuit studio that is super easy to use yourself, just set up your own music and you’re away!
Regardless of your starting place or any previous gym experience we have the options all covered and you will be supported!
And last but not least we have our change room, lockers and 3 showers for those that need to come before and after work.
