Our Facilities

From the moment you walk in the doors at 555 you feel at home. Being an all-female fitness studio, we are very supportive of each other and welcome new faces. We never want anyone to feel nervous about being a beginner or starting fresh as it’s a step in the right direction! We even have a class for it- called Vitalise, it runs at 10.30am Monday- Friday and is specifically designed for women post-partum, post injury and beginners.
At 555 we love what we do and it shows with our awesome member retention. 555 is a double storey studio and the space is endless. As you enter 555 you will see our Functional training area with sleds, kettlebells and ropes. This leads into a circuit training room where you can easily follow the supported machines to do your own workout. Our weights room has all the must-have equipment, plus much more, such as ankle weight, booty bands and sliders.
Upstairs, we hold our group fitness and cycle classes, plus we have a large cardio room where you can sweat up a storm listening to our beats or watching tv using our ‘listen app’ through your phone. There are also two more businesses aligned with 555- a nutritionist and a beauty therapist, both located upstairs! The personal trainers here at 555 are highly experienced and we are constantly updating our knowledge to keep you well-informed on the latest training methods. We enjoy sharing our skills and enthusiasm for what movement can bring to your life. We pride ourselves on teaching women how to safely strength train and we encourage this for all women as the health benefits are endless- both physically and mentally.
Our reception is manned by our friendly staff from 8am-12pm Monday-Sunday and 4pm-8pm Monday-Thursday. They are all highly experienced and dedicated in educating and supporting you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
We specialise in resistance training at Triple Five Fitness as the health benefits are outstanding.
Lifting weights increases bone density thereby reducing your risk of Osteoporosis and can help control many chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, back pain, depression and obesity.
Together with our Nutrition advice and fitness programs you will find yourself on the road to a healthier and happier lifestyle.
