Join us for two 50 minute classes per week held in our lovely group training room at Triple Five Fitness

Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm

SUITABLE FOR PREGNANT AND POSTNATAL

These group sessions will focus on performing exercises which are all Pelvic Floor safe. You will be guided by our professional trainers who have specifically designed exercises for the needs of you and your new baby. We pride ourselves on catering for all women and their different stages of life.

Baby can be in your tummy, in a sling, on a rug or in a capsule.
