We are an all female fitness studio and are extremely supportive of all of our members. We love what we do and are proud of the results we achieve working as a team.

Triple Five Fitness is spread over two levels. Upstairs you will find our group fitness room which hosts over 40 classes per week, our newly fitted out spin room , a large cardio equipment room, our fitness testing room and also our in house Massage therapist!
Downstairs comprises of a functional training area to really make you sweat, a weights room which is a combination of machine weights for beginners and free weight also for those squatting on Olympic style bars. We also have a circuit studio that is super easy to use yourself. Regardless of your level of experience we have the options all covered.
And last but not least we have our change room, lockers and showers for those that need to come before and after work.
Personal training is the best way to get your goals obtained faster and we have 5 amazing women personal trainers including head trainer and owner Eva Poci. They are all highly experienced and dedicated in educating and supporting you to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
We specialise in resistance training at Triple Five Fitness as the health benefits are outstanding. For women lifting weights increases bone dentistry thereby reducing your risk of Osteoporosis and can help control many chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, back pain, depression and obesity.
