As a busy mum and working girl I understand the daily demands that running a household and getting bills payed causes, and that finding time to put yourself first can be few and far between.Consistency is something that comes up a lot in my business and in regards to reaching your fitness goals it really is the key! I am a group/personal trainer and massage therapist with over 17 years experience in the fitness industry. I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for over two decades and my passion to help people, especially women remains strong. I have a special interest in rehabilitation and assisting women who have ailments, injuries and/or conditions. I believe that everyone can participate in some type of excercise to increase their quality of living. We are living longer and it is important to work towards prevention of illness and or ailments that we can do something about.
