I have been in the Health & Fitness Industry for over two decades and my passion to help people, especially women remains strong. I have a special interest in rehabilitation and assisting women who have ailments, injuries and/or conditions. I believe that everyone can participate in some type of excercise to increase their quality of living. We are living longer and it is important to work towards prevention of illness and or ailments that we can do something about. For the ones we are unable to change we need to not be concerned about what we can't do, but to find out what we can do.

As a busy mum and working girl I understand the daily demands that running a household and getting bills payed causes, and that finding time to put yourself first can be few and far between.Consistency is something that comes up a lot in my business and in regards to reaching your fitness goals it really is the key! I am very passionate about women's health and show this in my Group Fitness classes and in my Personal Training sessions that include a lot of strength and conditioning.I focus on women's posture, core and glutes and from my 9 years experience I believe theses are areas that need extra work before and especially after children.I want you to feel better in your every day life and proud of who you are.I love my job and seeing clients getting their goals is so rewarding!Eva xx.
