Some of our reviews:

“Vitalise rocks! I joined the gym after retiring, looking for some weight training to benefit my older bones. I was living with post menopausal depression and I knew that exercise helped. I wanted flexibility of classes as I was juggling different commitments in my life.

I’m now hooked on the Vitalise classes in particular because they are truly so much fun! We always work hard, laugh lots and feel energised by our workout with often feels like dancing to me. I feel stronger, happier, more resistant to injury and I’ve made so many new friends in this particularly accepting, non-judgemental group of wonderful women.

Thanks Ramona for the fabulous atmosphere you’ve created in these invigorating classes!”

“In 2012 I was told that I needed a knee replacement. I made the decision to postpone an operation as long as possible and seek alternative methods to deal with the pain. Some time later an article appeared in the local paper promoting classes for senior ladies at a local gym. I have now been a member for a number of years and with the help of the dedicated instructor and staff as I approach my 80th birthday am more mobile, in less pain and still no operation. Thank you Ramona.”

“Exercising to music doesn’t feel like exercise at all, it is fun! There’s a variety of classes: circuit, low impact aerobics or fitball. Vitalise groups are supportive and friendly and we always welcome new members. We work on balance and core strength as these are so important for all ages. Exercises can be varied to take account of injuries and to your own level of ability.”

“I am a member of the Triple Five gym. I joined about 4 years ago when my best friend encouraged me to try. I was very impressed by the warm welcome by the ladies and especially by Ramona who is full of personality, a witty character, so helpful and caring. When I had some health issues I pushed myself to join the vitalise class and came out feeling good, happier and stronger. I strongly recommend this gym and not to mention the fantastic lovely ladies. We get together for Xmas lunches and birthdays, its awesome for your body and mind. I hope I continue to do this as long as I am able to.”
